- Kilmarnock manager Derek McInnes named an unchanged Killie team that made it two home wins from as many matches as they beat Aberdeen 2-0 on Sunday afternoon, before a 2-1 defeat to St Johnstone in Perth on Wednesday night.
- Stuart Findlay, Joe Wright and Lewis Mayo continued as the Killie back three. Danny Armstrong started on the right hand side of midfield, as David Watson, Brad Lyons and Liam Polworth started in central berths.
- Matty Kennedy had previously replaced the injured Corrie Ndaba on the left. Kyle Vassell - who netted Killie's consolation at McDiarmid Park - and Marley Watkins continued in attack, both having scored against the Dons at the weekend.
- Stuart Kettlewell named two changes after Motherwell's crazy 3-3 draw at home to Ross County on Saturday, before another six-goal thriller saw them lose 4-2 to Aberdeen at Fir Park in their midweek match.
- Paul McGinn continued to accompany Bevis Mugabi and Dan Casey in the Well's back three in front of goalkeeper Liam Kelly. Stephen O'Donnell and Brodie Spencer continued at right and left wing-back respectively.
- Harry Paton came in to start alongside Lennon Miller in midfield, as Blair Spittal and Callum Slattery looked to provide the ammunition for Conor Wilkinson in attack. Oli Shaw and Theo Bair dropped onto the bench as a result.
