Madrid target to make decision on future in the summer

Real Madrid target Eden Hazard will wait until finding out the Chelsea’s next manager before making a decision on his future, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Hazard, 25, has been heavily linked with a move to the Spanish capital in recent days following Florentino Perez’s decision to replace manager Rafa Benitez with club legend Zinedine Zidane.

The Chelsea No.10’s future was cast in doubt after reportedly falling out with previous manager Jose Mourinho, despite only signing a new-long term deal last year.

The Belgium international, who was voted PFA Player of the Year last season, has endured a terrible start to the season and has struggled with injuries in recent weeks.

However, Hazard will not rush into making a decision on his future until Chelsea appoint Guus Hiddink’s long-term replacement in the summer.

Hazard is still awaiting his first goal this season and is currently on a drought of 2,289 minutes without finding the back of the net in all competitions.
