Watford have had a €10m (£8.4m) bid for Sofiane Boufal rejected by French side Lille, according to Get French Football.
Boufal, 22, has been heavily linked with a move away from Lille after just 12 months at the club but the Ligue 1 side are demanding €20m (£16m) for his services.
Chelsea and Arsenal are reportedly monitoring Boufal this summer but there hasn’t been a formal approach by either of those sides.
Only Hatem Ben Arfa completed more dribbles than Boufal (127) in Ligue 1 last season.
