Arsenal are set to enter the race to sign Everton centre-back John Stones, reports the Mirror.
Chelsea, Manchester United and Barcelona have been linked with the highly-rated Englishman, who continues to excel for the Toffees.
Everton rejected numerous bids for Stones from Chelsea over the summer, but his list of admirers is growing.
Arsenal are the latest to have been credited with an interest as they look to strengthen in January.
The Gunners would need to need to spend upwards of £30m to sign Stones from the Merseyside outfit, who are reluctant to sell the England international, particularly with Phil Jagielka currently sidelined.
Roberto Martinez has made it clear that any bid for Stones in January would be rejected, though that is unlikely to dissuade teams across Europe from tabling an offer for the young defender.
