Jack Wilshere is deemed surplus to requirements at Arsenal and has been offered to AC Milan this summer, reports Corriere dello Sport, via Football Italia.
The 25-year-old is currently recovering from a broken leg suffered in April but has no future at Arsenal as he enters the final year of his existing deal.
Wilshere spent last season on loan at Bournemouth where he appeared to put his injury woes behind him but a broken leg has only set him further back in his attempts to forge a career at the Emirates.
The England international is now well down the pecking order at Arsenal and Wenger’s side have now attempted to offload him for good.
Milan were interested in signing Wilshere 12 months ago and Arsenal have offered the midfielder to the Serie A giants to see if they are interested in resurrecting a deal.
Since the start of last season, only Kevin De Bruyne (9) and Paul Pogba (7) have hit the woodwork more times than Wilshere (5) in the Premier League.
