Chelsea have received a welcome boost in the transfer market after being given the green light to press ahead with a £25m move for Inter winger Antonio Candreva, reports The Daily Mirror.
Antonio Conte is demanding new signings and Chelsea will reportedly part ways with in excess of £100m to satisfy their manager’s needs before the transfer window shuts at the end of the month.
Chelsea have struggled to get deals over the line all summer but are now ready to launch a £25m move for Candreva, who wants to move to Stamford Bridge and reunite with Antonio Conte.
The 30-year-old has worked under Conte for the Italy national team in the past and now seems set to leave Inter after just 12 months at the club.

Conte’s side are short of options in attack and started the season with just Willian as the only fit and available forward that can play in behind the lone striker.
