Manchester City target Pep Guardiola has revealed he will announce his plans for the future next week.
Guardiola, 44, is approaching the final six months of his contract with Bayern Munich and has regularly been mooted with the managerial positions at both Manchester clubs.
The Spaniard has reportedly had a contract extension from Bayern on the table for the last six months, but has so far refused to speak about his future.
However, Guardiola has revealed he will break his silence before Christmas and reveal his intentions for next season.
“Tonight I have no answer. Next week you will know the answer. Next week there will be clarity,” the Bayern head coach told German broadcaster ARD.
Since first stepping into first-team management in 2008/09 with Barcelona, Guardiola has tasted defeat 19 times from a possible 236 league matches.
