Norwich City are hopeful of completing a £8m move for Everton striker Steven Naismith on Monday, according to The Daily Mail.
Naismith, 29, is set to undergo his medical at Norwich before the deal can officially be completed.
The Scotland international has significantly dropped down the pecking order at Everton this season and been linked with a move away from Goodison Park this month, with Swansea another club that has expressed an interest.
Norwich are currently four points clear of the drop zone but have lost their last two league matches and will host Liverpool and Spurs in their next two fixtures.
Naismith started the season in sensational fashion when he came off the bench to score a hat-trick against Chelsea at the start of September, but he hasn’t scored since, in which time he has only started three league matches.
