Gareth Southgate has named Chelsea pair Fikayo Tomori and Tammy Abraham in his 25-man England squad for upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers against Czech Republic and Bulgaria, the Football Association have confirmed.
Tomori has recieved his first ever senior England call-up after establishing himself as a first-team regular for Chelsea this season, while Tammy Abraham returns to the fold after nearly two years away.
The Nigerian Football Federation have been trying to convince Abraham to switch international allegiances but the 22-year-old has accepted Southgate's call-up.
Abraham has two caps for England but both were in friendlies and he will still be able to represent another nation until he turns out competitive for the Three Lions.
The Chelsea frontman has made a blistering start to the season and put in goalscoring displays to answer many of his critics, with only Sergio Aguero (eight) scoring more times than Abraham in the Premier League this season (seven).
Everton midfielder Fabian Delph has also made Southgate's England squad for their upcoming internationals, having been left out of the last batch of games.
Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard has lost his place in the squad after his poor start to the season, with club team-mate Aaron Wan-Bissaka also dropping out after falling ill in the last week.
Dele Alli is still absent from Southgate's thoughts as he looks to discover his best form for Tottenham, while Liverpool's Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain misses out having made the last squad.
