Leicester and Arsenal are weighing up a move for Las Palmas midfielder Roque Mesa in January, according to Cope Las Palmas, via The Sun.
Mesa, 27, played a crucial role in Las Palmas’ promotion to La Liga in 2015 and his performances have caught the eye of the Premier League duo.
Sevilla failed in their attempts to sign the defensive midfielder in the summer and will rival any interest in the Las Palmas ace in the New Year.
Of players that have started in all four La Liga matches this season only Petros (92.2%) and Sergio Ramos (92.1%) have a higher pass success rate than Mesa this season (91.9%).
