Valencia will use the money raised from the sale of Shkodran Mustafi to sign Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo, according to Deporte Valenciano, via 101 Great Goals.
Rojo, 26, only joined United two years ago but has failed to establish himself and has since dropped down the pecking order under new boss Jose Mourinho.
The Argentina international is now being lined up for a £10.3m move to Valencia, who are set to make £35m from the sale of Mustafi to Arsenal.
Rojo hasn’t featured for United in the league this season and only made 15 starts last term, where he averaged a respectable 2.7 tackles per game.
