Pogba denies rift with Manchester United boss

Paul Pogba has denied he has fallen out with Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho.

The France international’s future at Old Trafford has been cast into doubt in recent months following an apparent rift with Mourinho.

Pogba has lost his status as an untouchable player in Mourinho’s United squad since the turn of the year but the 25-year-old insists he is not thinking about leaving.

“For now I’m at Manchester United, I really only think about the present. Transfer are not in my head,” he told Canal Football Club, via The Daily Mirror.

“You know, If I listened to everyone, I would be everywhere. I do not have a problem with Mourinho. I do not think he has [a problem] either. He’s the coach, he’s going to make choices and I, as a player, I accept them. That’s all.”

Pogba has been heavily linked with moves to Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, while Juventus are reportedly keen on re-signing the midfielder.

Reports emerged at the end of last week suggesting United would only listen to offers in the region of £140m for Pogba’s services.
