Tottenham flop Federico Fazio is poised to join Roma on an initial season-long loan deal, according to the London Evening Standard.
Fazio, 29, has spent the last two years at Tottenham but was farmed out on loan to Sevilla last season.
The Argentina international does not feature Mauricio Pochettino’s plans and will spent next season with Roma before the Serie A side can take up a £4m buy-out clause.
In Fazio’s only season at the club he finished as Tottenham’s highest rated player in the Premier League (7.39).
