Sevilla complete second raid of Manchester City

Sevilla have announced they have re-signed Jesus Navas from Manchester City and he will be presented to the public in the Sanchez-Pizjuan on Wednesday evening.

Eduardo Berizzo’s side have already signed Nolito from City this summer and have now completed their second raid of the Premier League giants to bring Navas back to his boyhood club.

Navas spent four years at City but has gradually dropped out of contention at the club in that time and was even used at right-back by Pep Guardiola towards the end of last season.

The 31-year-old hasn’t scored a league goal since January 2014 (vs Cardiff) and has attempted 96 shots on goal since then.
