Atletico Madrid have bid £15m for Monaco right-back Fabinho, according Gianluca Di Marzio, via Get French Football.
Fabinho, 22, only joined Monaco last summer but his impressive performances have attracted attention outside of France.
Napoli are also interested in signing the versatile full-back but Atletico are in pole after submitting a higher offer.
Fabinho finished as Monaco’s highest rated player (10+ apps) in Ligue 1 last season and completed at least 40 more tackles and interceptions than any other Monaco player.
