Tottenham have been left stunned by Christian Eriksen’s new contract demands, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Eriksen, 24, has two years remaining on his existing deal worth just £32,000-a-week and has already rejected one of their contract offers this summer.
Tottenham are determined to keep hold of their star creator but have been left stunned by his £150,000-a-week demands, which would shatter their club record and be worth almost double what current top earner Hugo Lloris earns.
Eriksen has scored at least two more free-kicks than any other player in the last three Premier League seasons (6).
