Jadon Sancho will stay at Borussia Dortmund next season and turn down the chance to join Manchester United this summer, claims The Sun.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had identified Sancho as a top transfer target this summer and the Red Devils were willing to fork out in the region of £100m for the teenager.
The former Manchester City graduate has been a revelation for Dortmund this season and is now considered one of the best prospects in world football.
Dortmund were determined to keep Sancho for a third season and have been given a huge boost after United missed out on a top four place in the Premier League.
Unable to offer Champions League football next season, Sancho is set to see out another season at Dortmund rather than join United before weighing up his future in 12 months.
The 19-year-old has remarkably played a direct hand in 25 league goals this season, while only Eden Hazard (15) has supplied more assists than the England international (14) in Europe’s top five leagues.
