Inter are interested in signing Bordeaux winger Malcom after securing their return to the Champions League, claims Gianluca Di Marzio.
The Serie A giants have already captured exciting Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez and want to bolster their offensive options with Malcom.
Malcom has been heavily linked with a high profile move to the Premier League in the last 12 months after emerging as a real star in France.
Bordeaux refused to sell the Brazilian in January but Malcom has since confirmed he will leave the Ligue 1 side this summer.
Inter have reportedly held talks with Bordeaux’s president and Malcom’s agent about the prospect of prising the talented 21-year-old to Italy.
Bordeaux have slapped a €50m (£43.7m) asking price on Malcom’s head this summer, but it remains to be seen whether Inter can pay that much.
Malcom played a direct hand in 19 goals in 35 league appearances for Bordeaux last season (12 goals, seven assists), finishing as the WhoScored Man of the Match on eight occasions.
The Bordeaux No.7 lost his way midway through the season but finished strongly, scoring in his last three appearances of the campaign.
Furthermore, only Dimitri Payet (121) and Benjamin Bourigeaud (96) created more goalscoring chances than Malcom (87) in Ligue 1 last term.
