Watford have rejected the chance to have Emmanuel Adebayor train with them following his release by Tottenham, reports the Daily Mirror.
Adebayor, 31, is reportedly keen to work on his fitness but Hornets head coach Quique Flores has made it clear he only wants to work with players in his current squad.
The newly promoted Premier League outfit have made a stellar start to life back in England’s top-flight having only lost one of their opening six league matches.
