West Ham have put contract talks with manager Slaven Bilic on hold following their disastrous start to the season, reports The Sun, via The Daily Express.
Securing Bilic’s long-term future was reportedly made a priority at the end of last season after he led the Hammers to an impressive seventh placed finish in his first year at the club.
However, West Ham have stalled contract talks to allow the 48-year-old to address their dire start to the season that has seen them lose their last four matches in all competitions.
Bilic’s side have conceded four goals in each of their last two matches to leave West Ham in the bottom three.
