Aston Villa have announced they have signed James Chester from rivals West Bromwich Albion.
Chester, 27, only joined West Brom last summer but failed to make any impression under Tony Pulis.
The Wales international impressed at Euro 2016 for Chris Coleman’s side and has secured a move worth an initial £6m to Villa on a four-year deal.
No player completed more tackles and interceptions at Euro 2016 than Chester (36).
