Barcelona are contemplating a move for Manchester City’s Jesus Navas in the New Year as they look to replace Pedro, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Pedro moved to Chelsea last month, leaving Barcelona somewhat light up top, despite manager Luis Enrique being able to call on Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar.
Navas has since emerged as a possible target for the Blaugrana, with the Spaniard set to miss out on playing time following the arrival of Kevin De Bruyne.
The 29-year-old performed admirably for City last season, registering 8 league assists, though he did fail to find the back of the net with any of his 45 shots on goal.
Nolito, Antonio Candreva and Carlos Vela, of Celta Vigo, Lazio and Real Sociedad respectively, have also emerged as supposed targets as reported by the Spanish publication.
