Swansea have announced Alberto Paloschi has returned to Serie A and joined Atalanta for an undisclosed fee just six months after joining the Welsh outfit.
Paloschi, 26, only joined Swansea in an £8m deal in January but the Italian striker has only managed six months of the three-and-a-half-year deal he originally penned.
The former Chievo frontman only netted twice in 10 appearances for the Swans and will join Atalanta at the start of next month when the transfer window officially opens.
His record reads 48 goals in 174 appearances in Serie A in the last seven campaigns.
