Jack Wilshere has left West Ham by mutual consent, the east London side have confirmed.
Wilshere joined the Hammers in 2018, but has struggled for game time due to a string of injuries.
Indeed, the former Arsenal man has made just six league starts since the start of the 2018/19 season and his only action in a West Ham shirt this term came in the Carabao Cup.
"West Ham United can confirm that the Club has agreed with Jack Wilshere to a mutual termination of the midfielder’s contract," a statement read on West Ham's official website.
"The 28-year-old departs having played 19 times and scored once since joining the Hammers in the summer of 2018.
"Everyone at West Ham United would like to wish Jack all the best for his future career."
