Gladbach have confirmed Hazard Nordtveit has rejected the chance to extend his contract and will move to the Premier League in the summer.
The 25-year-old has entered the final few months of his current deal at the Bundesliga outfit and has been heavily with a move to West Ham in recent days.
Arsenal were also reportedly keen in bringing the Norway international back to the club, but have seemingly been pipped to his signature by Slaven Bilic’s side, as The Daily Mail claim a deal has already been agreed in principle.
Since the start of the season, only Andreas Christensen (15) has blocked more shots in the league for Gladbach than Nordtveit (12).
