Real Madrid prepare blockbuster offer for England international
Real Madrid want to sign Raheem Sterling from Manchester City and plan to include Gareth Bale in the deal, claims Sky Sports.
Sterling has developed into one of the best players in the Premier League since the beginning of last season and his stock has soared on and off the pitch.
The 24-year-old still has four years left to run on his current City deal after penning improved terms almost a year ago.
However, City are bracing themselves for firm interest from the likes of Madrid, as the England international continues to make huge improvements.
Madrid have been desperate to offload Bale since the end of last season and hope to include the former Tottenham ace in talks with City.
Madrid's proposed offer is £70m in cash and Bale as a sweetner, though it remains to be seen whether Pep Guardiola even wants Bale, let alone at the cost of losing Sterling.
Sterling is currently the third highest WhoScored rated player in the Premier League this season, with seven goals and one assist in 10 appearances (7.69 rating).
Real Madrid had enough of Hazard's sideways dribbling already, huh?
