Team News

Man City
Chelsea
  • Manchester City are expected to have a full squad available for selection for this FA Cup semi-final.
  • Chelsea could head to Wembley without as many as 10 players through injury or illness.

Prediction

  • Pep Guardiola and Manchester City will be hoping to bounce back immediately after penalty shootout heartbreak in midweek.
  • The defending champions were knocked out of the Champions League by Real Madrid at the Etihad Stadium, and will no longer be able to secure an historic double treble.
  • Chelsea, meanwhile, head into this clash in good shape, having put six past Everton at Stamford Bridge on Monday evening.
  • The Blues are now unbeaten in their last eight matches, and could give City a good game here.

  • wow!!! Palmer MOTM in six games of his last 7 games. well deserved. Thanx Pep, The "genius" is not anymore ginius.

  • @sampo btw guys that was a very very clear hand ball so a penalty for Chelsea when it was shown from the other side. As the commentator said " if it's not a penalty atleast it's a corner". The VAR prove again that they are s**t

  • Seriously? Jackson 6.9? How many chances he missed? This shows why shouldn’t trust ratings.

  • How's that pass from De Bruyne where Folden dribbled Petrovic not counted as a key pass??

  • Very poor game.

  • Pep of course had to use dirty tricks tought by Barcelona. When needed rest and think, Ortega feigned injury, Walker blinked yey to the physios when they entered the pitch, so shyt

  • @koziol.mutant yey=eye

  • Despite the strength of these teams, this is one of the lowest quality game I seen in a long while. Chelsea can't score even if they are behind the defenders on multiple occasions, and City looks absolutely out of it.

  • Palmer better than De Bruyne. "genius" Pep.

  • Not what you would expect, both teams are extremely inaccurate in the final third, despite getting into decent positions. Still think an early goal in the 2nd could explode this tie.

  • Seems like goalless match

  • MAN CITY Ortega Moreno, Walker (C), Stones, Akanji, Ake, Rodrigo, De Bruyne, Bernardo, Foden, Grealish, Alvarez

  • SUBS Ederson, Dias, Kovacic, Doku, Gomez, Gvardiol, Nunes, Bobb, Lewis

  • Haaland misses the game as injured.

  • @Marbella He would ghost anyway.

  • Bts, Grealish to score, Palmer to score or assist. Mudryk worst on the pitch. Rodri and Gallagher to be booked.

  • PARLAY: BTTS, Palmer score or assist, over 4 shots on target for MC & over 23 shots both teams; +200.

  • City has been competing in many competitions this season and still seeing no missing players on that list is absolutely unreal, their crazy squad depth makes them natural favorites every f-year. If they win this game, they will get the cup but United will highly likely win the final if it will be against Chelsea.

  • @Byakuya United will win final, no matter against whom. No worries.

  • @koziol.mutant I wouldn't say that they will definitely win against City. But they will give them a game for sure. They might force extra time, where anything can happen. If it goes to penalties, I would bet on City though. Guardiola will not let what happened against Real Madrid happen again. So if they want the cup Man U must beat Coventry and then win against City inside 120 minutes.

  • Haaland and KDB have injuries from the Real Madrid game and will have late fitness tests.

  • Cole Palmer has scored 11 goals in his last 6 games.

  • Man city will dominate Chelsea. Pep will try to brush off that hard defeat and will go hunt for the double, which is more than respectful . Maybe a few tired legs, but City should win by a couple of goals, even if concedes first

  • Man City are unbeaten in their last 8 games against Chelsea winning 6 times.

  • draw, Chelsea to win in extra time

  • @FF2021 palmer to score
