- Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers named an unchanged Celts side that clinched a 2-0 victory over Livingston at Parkhead last weekend, before they won 3-0 against Dundee at Dens Park on Boxing Day.
- Joe Hart continued in goal with Alastair Johnston, Liam Scales and Greg Taylor in front of him. Cameron Carter-Vickers started alongside Scales at centre-back but was forced off through injury so could be absent this weekend too.
- Paulo Bernardo was given another chance in midfield alongside Callum McGregor and Matt O'Riley. Luis Palma and Daizen Maeda supported Kyogo Furuhashi in attack. Mikey Johnston came off the bench to bag a brace so is pushing to start.
- Rangers manager Philippe Clement named five changes from the Gers team that clinched a 2-0 victory over St Johnstone at Ibrox on Wednesday night, before a repeat of the same scoreline saw off Motherwell at Fir Park on Christmas Eve.
- Leon Balogun replaced John Souttar to join Connor Goldson at the heart of the Gers defence, as Ridvan Yilmaz and James Tavernier continued at left-back and right-back respectively.
- Dujon Sterling returned to midfield, partnering Kieran Dowell, at John Lundstram's expense. Todd Cantwell took Sam Lammers' spot in the starting eleven, supporting Cyriel Dessers in attack as the injured Kemar Roofe made way.
