the free kick in the 3rd minute went to Liverpool
Made tough work of it, but Mac Allister once again has proven so ridiculously clutch. Sensational form at the minute and seems not to have a single weakness in his game when he’s playing like this.
LIVERPOOL Kelleher, Gomez, Van Dijk, Konate, Bradley, Szoboszlai, Gravenberch, Mac Allister, Diaz, Nunez, Salah.
SUBS Adrian, Robertson, Tsimikas, Elliott, Clark, Jones, Quansah, Gakpo, Danns.
Sheffield to win atleast 1 half
Be interesting to see what team Liverpool will play due to Sundays game at Man Utd.
GoonerRSA made the point for the Arsenal vs Luton game on Wednesday that they need to win by 5 or similar to put a marker down and scare opponents. I believe the same applies here for Liverpool against Sheffield United. I also tend to believe that we'll deliver on that front, although it will likely be a slightly rotated side. Look for Gakpo to get an opportunity here and maybe starts for Elliott, Gravenberch, and maybe Tsimikas. If the scoring starts early for Liverpool, it will be a huge win. 6-1
