Team News

Leicester
Tottenham
  • Craig Shakespeare will hope to have Andy King, Robert Huth and Wes Morgan fit for the welcome of Tottenham on Thursday night.
  • Molla Wague, Nampalys Mendy and Daniel Drinkwater will all sit out the Premier League visit of the north London outfit.
  • Daniel Amartey, Islam Slimani and Demarai Gray may all start here.
  • Mauricio Pochettino is once again unable to call on Erik Lamela, Harry Winks and Cameron Carter-Vickers here.
  • Spurs have also confirmed that Danny Rose will undergo knee surgery and is unavailable again until next season, while Kyle Walker and Kieran Trippier are out through injury, which could see Eric Dier moved to right-back.
  • With second secured, Pochettino could bring Mousa Dembele into the XI, while Moussa Sissoko and Vincent Janssen may feature.

Prediction

  • Leicester still have hopes of securing a top-half finish, though their chances of doing so were dented with a 2-1 loss at Manchester City on Saturday. At home, however, they have won five successive Premier League matches, which should boost morale ahead of the welcome of Spurs.
  • Tottenham wrapped up second spot with a 2-1 win over Manchester United on Sunday, but their away form is a tad inconsistent. They have won just three of their last six on the road, though they are unbeaten in their last three visits to the King Power Stadium.
  • The Foxes will look to make home advantage count here, but the spoils may be shared on Thursday evening.

  • Long live Tottenham.

  • Supreme performance from Spurs and Mr Conversion himself, Harry Kane, but the cynic in me cannot shrug the idea that this is the start of Leicester's players' ploy to get Craig Shakespeare the sack. :-p

  • harry kane menang golden boot fix

  • Tottenham had nothing to play for... except the golden boot for Harry three season wonder Kane and improving further on Tottenham's highest ever Premier League points tally. Liverpool are now the only EPL team that Spurs haven't beaten this season. COYS!

  • His name is harry kane, he plays at white hart lane, hes got a football brain,he will drive your fans completely insane he will cause rival teams years of pain.

  • @RemyLebeu so far rival teams at Euro2016 and CL didn`t suffer too much:)

  • @RemyLebeu he doesn't play at White Hart Lane anymore

  • @RemyLebeu if it's Leicester then yes

  • @BSN or most other teams

  • Whodribbled.com... Heung-Min 1 goal + 1 assist = 7.7 vs. Kane 1 goal + 3 dribbless = 7.9 :-D They should at least introduce packing rates.

  • @BeautifulLoser if you compare heung min to dembele (2goals+1assist)against nothing. You become crazy .how could they in opta rate them 8.7 vs 8.33?. Dembele was surly very good but according to their stupid numerical system of calculation , the Korean guy should have 9.9 because he disrupted and destroyed the opponent defense . Opta should be upgraded .

  • @sampo sorry! I forgot that heung min is not Pogba nor hazard or OZIL or Neymar. These guys have special opta made for them. You know sometimes we forget.

  • @BeautifulLoser agreed

  • Can't believe all the people who picked a draw or Leicester to win, typing this comment with the score 0-2 but still, Spurs are in great form and aren't fielding a weaker team.

  • Tottenham to win and Dele Alli to score at anytime.

  • kane to score 2 goals

  • What a difference a year makes - nothing to play for from either side move along - 2-2

  • If Leicester had not bottled it vs City then I would back them here. Instead I'll go for a narrow Spurs win 0-1

  • @Overmars What narrow win, 2-0 at least... Pity i won't be so confident when its UCL time next year..

  • leicester will win, tottenham already safe. leicester will score 2-1, 3-2 or 4-2.

  • @ProGuess leicester are also safe. not sure what your point is.

  • @ProGuess You mean they've already secured 2nd

  • @Onmieadson they already qualify UEFA, so tottenham wont win, they also cant get 1st place.

  • Draw

  • Draw @ 2 - 2

  • Leicester are still battling to improve their lot AND they are at home. They'll be fighting hard. Tottenham on the other hand are league safe and away. They may not be expected to be tough stuff by their hosts. However, their is the little matter of the league top scorers. This will be in their minds in no small way, considering that they have the most contenders, least of which is not Harry Kane.

  • @Bol See? Tottenham flattened Leicester with Kane scoring 4 goals.

  • Both teams to score yes @ 1.70 bwin
