Team News

Tottenham
Leicester
  • Moussa Sissoko serves the second of his three-match ban having been reprimanded for an elbow on Harry Arter in the 0-0 draw with Bournemouth.
  • Harry Kane is back in training, but Saturday's welcome of Leicester could come too soon for the striker, while Toby Alderweireld is set to feature after being forced off in the 1-1 draw with West Brom.
  • Heung-min Son could lead the attack, though Vincent Janssen will hope to start having netted in midweek.
  • Nampalys Mendy and Yohan Benalouane are both sidelined for the Foxes ahead of Saturday's trip to Tottenham.
  • Matthew James and Andy King are both doubts and will be assessed closer to kick off.
  • Shinji Okazaki is pushing for a start, but Claudio Ranieri is expected to utilise Jamie Vardy and Islam Slimani in attack.

Prediction

  • Tottenham have now failed to win their last four games in all competitions and will look to bounce back from the disappointing midweek defeat to Liverpool in the EFL Cup. Spurs remain the only unbeaten team in England's top tier, however.
  • Defending champions Leicester meanwhile have the worst away record in the Premier League this term and have lost all four games on their travels this season. They did, though, win this fixture last season, landing a 1-0 win at White Hart Lane.
  • Spurs can exact revenge upon the Foxes on Saturday, with a home win a possibility.

  • LADIES N GENTLEMEN i dont see spurs winning here

  • Leicester are gaining confidence from their first campaign in Europe. Meanwhile, Spurs are Spurs. Therefore, 0-1.

  • @What4 according to your logic they should've won each game in the PL after victories in the champions league

  • this could end up in another draw! Neither teams are playing offensive therefore approaching the game with defensive tactics most likely! 0:0 1:1 I think

  • It's impossible for Leicester to reach their last season's form but I'd still consider this is a slow start for them rather than returning to their normal level. If they can put their defense and set pieces back together they'll be very tough team to beat and Mahrez can still win them matches although everyone are trying to keep him out of the game now. Tottenham, however, have maintained their form and even strengthened their squad. Against Boro, Son didn't get enough to the box which made their game difficult. Against City he played very well there as he offered energy to press high but it's very different to play against Leicester or Boro than City, it requires very different things striker. Therefore Janssen could also start, but I admit current line up is the most likely. Since Spurs are doing fine but aren't quite there yet and Leicester are starting to improve my prediction would be 1-0.

  • Leicester win!!!

  • 1-0 Spurs

  • and in this encounter . ther will be a goal from 80 to 90th minute. in the last 5 meetings it says or . and in those 5 meetings . spurs needed a penalty or an own goal to salvage a point or win . own goal penalty 80-90th minute goal . all those things will all be here .

  • X2 I wish, 1 unfortunately

  • Hard game for spurs I tell you Leicester to score 2+ goals . I admit LEICESTER has lost the last 3 away games 4-0,4-1,3-0 but you have forgotten 1 thing . White hart lane they have always scored there . an average of 2.16 in the last 5 meetings at WHL . I admit spurs are a strong side with them favourites . but Leicester will just score those goals . Ov35 is a good bet here or both teams to score
