Wilf Zaha flies onto European form rankings leaderboard as Salah drops out

There’s no change at the top of the form rankings leaderboard this week, with Memphis Depay still leading the way, followed by Lyon teammate Bertrand Traore.

The pair were both on the scoresheet again as OL recorded a seventh consecutive league win to move second in Ligue 1. For Depay, it was a sixth successive goalscoring appearance in France’s top tier, netting seven goals and registering six assists over that time, while it was the fourth match running in which former Chelsea youngster Traore found the net.

Alassane Plea stays third having been suspended for the weekend’s stalemate at Strasbourg but will drop out entirely should he not feature against Marseille next weekend, while Remy Cabella jumps to fourth having now had a hand in six of Saint-Etienne’s last nine goals.

The only new qualifier in the top 20 is Wilfried Zaha, who is all the way up in sixth after another superb display as Crystal Palace thrashed Leicester. It was the forward’s third WhoScored.com man of the match award in his last four appearances, scoring four goals and registering an assist over that period.

Meanwhile the 25-year-old is joined on the leaderboard by Eagles teammates James Tomkins - up 22 places into 12th - and Luka Milivojevic - up 15 places into 18th.

Elsewhere a hat-trick of assists saw Raheem Sterling rise from 17th to eighth over his last six appearances, but Mohamed Salah drops out of the top 20 following a rare off day against Stoke.

Despite registering a perfect 10 at the weekend with a title-winning hat-trick, Lionel Messi doesn’t qualify just yet having only started five of Barcelona’s last eight league matches, while the same can be said of Cristiano Ronaldo, who has now missed three of Real Madrid’s last six LaLiga outings.
