DAVID DE GEA (MANCHESTER UNITED)

The 26-year-old has established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in the world this season after a string of performances that have featured stunning saves, not least his reaction stop to deny Liverpool’s Joel Matip last weekend.

David de Gea is currently the highest rated goalkeeper (5+ apps) in the Premier League this season (7.11) and has kept the most clean sheets in Europe’s top five leagues (7 out of 8 matches). Jose Mourinho’s side face a Huddersfield side that have failed to score in six of their last seven competitive outings, meaning another shutout is on the cards for United’s No.1.

KYLE WALKER (MANCHESTER CITY)

Manchester City are flying at the moment and will be targeting another convincing win when they host Burnley on Saturday. Pep Guardiola’s side have scored 17 goals in their last three home league matches, but must be weary of the fact Burnley have already taken points away to Tottenham, Liverpool, Chelsea and Everton this term.

As for Kyle Walker, he has been given the license to bombard his way down the right flank and support the City attack whenever it suits. That has resulted in three assists for the England international, which is only bettered by Cesar Azpilicueta (4) of all defenders in the league.

CHRIS SMALLING (MANCHESTER UNITED)

Given what has already been mentioned about Huddersfield's deficiencies in front of goal, getting a United defender in your XI is pretty obvious. Injuries and fitness concerns mean Chris Smalling is the only guaranteed centre-back to start for Mourinho’s side on Saturday and it’s for this reason than you should look to the 27-year-old. At £14, he will free up your budget for someone more explosive in attack.

JOHN STONES (MANCHESTER CITY)

Completing a Manchester-based back three, John Stones is another player you should turn to for Saturday’s 3pm matches. The England international has barely put a foot wrong this season, misplacing just 16 of 555 attempted passes in the Premier League. Not only will the 23-year-old rack up passing points, City should eye fifth clean sheet of the season at the expense of Burnley.

WILFRIED ZAHA (CRYSTAL PALACE)

The return of Wilfried Zaha looked to give Crystal Palace the kickstart they needed last weekend when they ended a run of seven straight defeats without scoring to shock defending champions Chelsea. Now Roy Hodgson’s side will be targeting successive wins to cut the gap between themselves and safety.

It’s already apparent that Zaha will be the man tasked with igniting Palace’s woeful attack line and a trip to Newcastle should benefit the Ivory Coast international. Only Alexis Sanchez (7.98), Sergio Aguero (7.68) and Christian Benteke (7.63) garnered a higher WhoScored rating away from home in the Premier League last season than Zaha (7.57), who seems to play his best football away from Selhurst Park. Newcastle beware…

MATT RITCHIE (NEWCASTLE)

While Wilfried Zaha is expected to flourish at St. James’ Park, Palace won’t have it all their own way when they face Newcastle on Saturday. Matt Ritchie is another midfielder that is tipped to impress at the weekend, having already provided four assists in eight league games this term.

After only registering six assists in his only other top-flight campaign, the Scotland international is well on his way to surpassing that milestone with the Magpies and he will be looking to play an influential part against the league’s bottom side this weekend.

RAHEEM STERLING (MANCHESTER CITY)

Raheem Sterling started the season with question marks about his long-term future at the Etihad but he has well and truly silenced any reports linking him with a move away. The England international is a Yahoo! Top-20 form player and for good reason. The 22-year-old has scored six goals in seven league appearances and provided two assists in that period.

ASHLEY YOUNG (MANCHESTER UNITED)

Rested in midweek, Ashley Young will return to the Manchester United XI for the trip to Huddersfield on Saturday after surprisingly establishing himself as an important player for Jose Mourinho in the last month.

The 32-year-old’s delivery from out wide has been particularly apparent in his six appearances this season, managing two assists in that time. Romelu Lukaku has been isolated in United’s last two matches, but should benefit from Young being given a greater license to attack against Huddersfield.

TAMMY ABRAHAM (SWANSEA)

Paul Clement’s side will be looking to take advantage of a shell-shocked Leicester side that only found out about Craig Shakespeare’s sacking in midweek via the media. Tammy Abraham scored both of Swansea’s goals in a 2-0 win over Huddersfield last time out and the England U21 international will be looking to notch his fifth league goal of the season on Saturday.

The Foxes are winless in six Premier League matches and have failed to score in four of their last five trips to the Liberty Stadium. If Swansea are going to score, you bank on it being Abraham finding the back of the net given he has scored four of their five Premier League goals this season.

ANTHONY MARTIAL (MANCHESTER UNITED)

Rotation will continue at Manchester United this weekend, with Anthony Martial set to come into the starting XI with Marcus Rashford dropping out. The Frenchman has been in electric form when given the chance to play this season and this weekend should prove no different.

Martial is averaging a United goal or assist every 45 minutes of action this season, which should worry a Huddersfield side that have not tasted victory in the Premier League since midway through August.

JESE (STOKE)

Off the back of a devastating 7-2 defeat to Manchester City, Mark Hughes will be desperate for an immediate reaction from his Stoke players this weekend. A home match against a struggling Bournemouth side should present the Potters with the perfect opportunity to get back to winning ways after a poor start to the campaign.

The Cherries have lost six of their opening eight league matches and only kept one clean sheet in that run. Stoke have the offensive players to put Bournemouth to the sword and it will be interesting to see how Hughes unleashes Jese, who has made a solid start to life in the Premier League. There is plenty more to come from the 24-year-old, who has played a direct hand in two goals to date, and Saturday would be the perfect time to hit full stride for Stoke.
