- Dundee boss Tony Docherty named six changes to the Dee team that suffered a 7-1 midweek mauling away to Celtic in Glasgow, before a late leveller for opponents Kilmarnock saw them leave Dens Park with a point in a 2-2 draw.
- Jon McCracken replaced Trevor Carson in goal. Aaron Donnelly replaced Ricki Lamie to join Antonio Portales and Joe Shaughnessy in the back three. Josh Mulligan replaced Jordan McGhee at right wing-back.
- Owen Beck continued at left wing-back. Mo Sylla and Lyall Cameron took Malachi Boateng and Finlay Robertston’s places in midfield, joined by Luke McCowan. Scott Tiffoney replaced Amadou Bakayoko to join Curtis Main up front.
- Interim Aberdeen boss Neil Warnock made two changes from the Dons' 2-1 defeat to St Mirren in Paisley where they collapsed to two late goals, before they booked their spot in the Scottish Cup semi-finals with a 3-1 win against Kilmarnock.
- Jack MacKenzie took Richard Jensen's place at left-back, joining Angus MacDonald, Stefan Gartenmann and Nicky Devlin in the final back four chosen by Warnock as Aberdeen boss.
- Graeme Shinnie and Connor Barron continued in front of the back four. Junior Hoilett and Killian Phillips were joined by Jamie McGrath - as opposed to Duk - in support of lone striker Bojan Miovski before the veteran boss departed the Dons.
