Team News

Umraniyespor
Sivasspor
  • Durel Avonou has not been in training this week and is not expected to feature here. Antonio Mrsic is expected to deputise.
  • Kartal Yilmaz is also undergoing treatment for an unspecified injury and is unlikely to start here. Isaac Sackey is set to start as the holding midfielder.
  • Mert Yilmaz has been struggling with a long-term injury and according to club sources will not be available for selection for the remainder of the season.
  • Aaron Appindangoye is injured and Samba Camara has been granted personal to attend his father's funeral. So, Caner Osmanpasa is expected to start in defence.
  • Ali Sasal Vural is carrying a knock and might not be risked against Umraniyespor. Muammer Yildirim is set to start in goal.
  • Robin Yalcin, who wasn't expected to start here, is also sidelined with an injury.

Prediction

  • Umraniyespor were beaten 1-0 by Alanyaspor last time out. They created more chances than their hosts but paid for their profligacy and are now one step closer to relegation. Sitting back and playing for a point hasn't been an option for Umraniyespor for a while now and here they will attack the game from the get go.
  • Sivasspor were beaten 3-1 by Fenerbahce last time out. They then faced the Canaries in the first leg of the Turkish Cup semi finals and ended up in a goalless draw. There will be some tired legs in Sivas, playing their third game in a week. So, Calimbay's team will reduce the tempo and sit deeper than usual.
  • Although it will be practically of no value in the long run, Umraniyespor might manage to get their first point in their last five outings here.
