Team News

Bournemouth
Burnley
  • The likes of Wilson, Afobe and Wilshere remain sidelined but both Dan Gosling and Andrew Surman are nearing fitness and will hope to be in contention.
  • Junior Stanislas was only forced off with cramp last weekend so should be available for selection.
  • Lys Mousset's first ever Premier League start was marked by a goal at the wrong end so in form Josh King may move forward to lead the line, with Ryan Fraser coming into contention.
  • Centre-back pairing Michael Keane and Ben Mee both missed the draw with West Brom but Keane is expected to recover from a hamstring problem to make the trip to Bournemouth this weekend.
  • Scott Arfield got the nod over Robbie Brady last week but the Irishman may do so this time around.
  • With Steven Defour back available, Ashley Westwood's place in midfield could come under threat too, while Andre Gray may have to make do with a place on the bench once more.

Prediction

  • Both teams have injury concerns ahead of this game, and while it may seem as though neither has much to play for, a top half finish is still very much on the cards for both.
  • Much may rely on the fitness of Burnley's first choice centre-backs, with Bournemouth having found their form in front of goal at home in particular, scoring 12 in their last 5.
  • The Cherries may have too much firepower for Dyche's men, who are aiming to win back-to-back away games having picked up a long awaited first of the season at Palace a fortnight ago.
