Crystal Palace are the stand out side in the Yahoo! Fantasy Football top performing XI after they romped to a 5-0 win over Leicester on Saturday. The Eagles may not be mathematically safe from relegation just yet, but are effectively home and dry following a memorable April that saw them earn eight points a possible 12.

Everton teammate Idrissa Gueye makes the cut as he scored in the Toffees 2-0 win at Huddersfield. Gueye netted his second goal of the campaign in the victory, while six tackles, three interceptions and two shots saw the Senegalese star earn 20.30 Yahoo! Fantasy Football points. 

 

DEFENDER – PATRICK VAN AANHOLT 

 

Patrick van Aanholt is the first of three Crystal Palace players in this XI, with his showing in the Eagles’ 5-0 win over Leicester enough to gain a spot in the WhoScored.com Premier League team of the week. Southampton landed a crucial 2-1 win over Bournemouth on Saturday to improve their chances of staving off relegation, with Dusan Tadic playing a key role. Manchester City ace Raheem Sterling became the third player to register three or more assists in a Premier League match this season with a fine showing against West Ham on Sunday. His three assists came from four key passes at the London Stadium, while three dribbles and six shots saw the attacking star earn 20.00 Yahoo! Fantasy Football points. 

 

FORWARD – JOSH KING 

 

Josh King netted his seventh goal of the season in Bournemouth’s 2-1 loss at Southampton and makes the cut in the Yahoo! Fantasy Football top performing XI as a result. Indeed, he earned 15.40 points at St. Mary’s, with one key pass, two successful dribbles and five aerial duels won helping push his score so high. 

 

FORWARD – WILFRIED ZAHA
